Idea for an Income ETF

How about an ETF that pays around 1% interest/dividends a month?

To do this, we'd have to include: mortgage REITs, like AGNC.
We'd want foreign government bonds, and the highest yielding stocks and puts and calls.
This fund could perhaps buy GIM with leverage.

Another idea would be to buy non U.S. currencies which earn much higher interest than the U.S. dollar.

To keep interest income near 1% a month, a big weighting would have to be in MREITs.
But I'd diversify and use options and leverage.

I wouldn't include U.S. treasuries as interest rates in the U.S. are so low.

Smart Phone App Idea: Billionaire Calculator

At PersonalMBA dot com, there is an article for a billionaire formula (or equation).

The formula calculates how many customers, # of units to have sold and then subtracts all expenses,  in order to calculate how many units you need to sell to become a billionaire.

The formula could be an app or part of a larger phone app.  It's probably better to addhttp://personalmba.com/billionaire-formula/ that calculator to an app already in existence.

This would be a useful app for ultra ambitious students, marketers, and entrepreneurs.

Business Product Idea - Unique Smoothie

When I make smoothies, I sometimes add oatmeal to the mix.

Bananas, Blueberries, oatmeal, cinnamon, honey, and milk would make a very heart healthy smoothie, that you could sell in stores.

Get Paid in Silver from Micro-outsourcing or Sales or Autions

How about a site similar to Fiverr dot com or EBay, where the workers are paid in physical silver, or items are traded for silver rather than cash?

Going to the post office too often could be a headache for some people.

What if the webmaster/owners took their share in physical silver?  You could rack up a lot of silver.

One of the first steps would be to locate people with silver they'd part with.

Where to Find Business Ideas

1) Talk to business owners and inquire about their frequent problems, biggest expenses, etc.
Maybe your business can help.

2) You hear from more than one person that no X software, app, etc exists.
Maybe you could make a product that fills the needs.

3) Maybe you dealt with a business and said to yourself "I could do way better than them."

4) Maybe by doing some of the things at this page, you come up with a BIG idea.

Subliminal, Hypnosis mp3 Idea

This idea is simple: a hypnosis program or subliminal hypnosis program that says your body and mind obey your conscious commands.

Soursop Juice - Business Idea

You have probably seen posts about soursop (fruit) on Facebook.

Soursop is supposed to be more affective than medicine.

I have never seen soursop or soursop juice at the store.

This could be my best idea.

But I think an app with sales tracking, keyword research, a list of all reviews, etc would be a useful app.

Toothpaste Business Idea

How about toothpaste with no flouride.  But that does have baking soda and peroxide.  I have never looked for this type of toothpaste but it is a great idea.

Badger: Another Comic Book Movie Idea

There was a comic in the eighties called Badger. Badger was an alternative comic, similar to Daredevil.

Order a Badger comic and tell me that wouldn't be a good movie.

On we know the secrets of the federal reserve dot com's web site, there was a great article on healing and treatment for GMOs and etc.

Well why not a hypnosis program for the same topic. That would have to be a good niche.

Movie Idea : Warlord

I think there should be a series of movies based on the DC comic:  Warlord.

Master Mind Forum App

How about a forum with archives, links, photos,  etc for droid and iPhone for a Master Mind to meet in?

A Facebook group could work.

The app would also need a site for desktop too.

You could add software that projects the future of a project or business or body weight,  etc.

Stock Portfolio App

How about an app that determines which stock in a portfolio is the best to reinvest dividends or new money into?

The programmer could use P/B, P/E, insider activity, company stock buy backs, and dividend rate increases to figure which stock or ETF to purchase.

Richard Sutphen has made video hypnosis.

Hypnosoft dot com  offers custom audio hypnosis.

Why not have custom video hypnosis?

You can use hypnosoft with MS movie maker and make a nice video hypnosis.
How about software or an eBook that allows the user to create custom hypnosis with subliminal messaging and photos, videos, etc?

How about an app for Iphone or droid that tells you your web site's alexa ranking?
